It is not permitted to use any of the products on any public road or highway in the United States of America, Canada, or any other country. All products are to be used according to your own discretion and risk and you are responsibility for your own liability when purchasing these parts from CoolRaceParts
Within ten days of the purchase date, items must be returned in a condition that is either new or unused. It is not possible to return items to Coolraceparts directly if they were not purchased from Coolraceparts. Inquire with the store where you made the purchase.
Return and Refund Policy CoolRaceParts
The company Coolraceparts retains the right to refuse any return request.
- Under no circumstances will the Coolraceparts department accept returns that do not include proof of purchase.
- You will be charged a fee for any product that can't be resold or was damaged
- If the customer loses the paper receipt or packing slip, they can call Coolraceparts to request an electronic copy of the receipt or packing slip. You can also obtain a copy by logging into your account online, going to my orders, selecting the order, and then clicking invoices.
- After doing so, you will be presented with the option to print the invoice of your choice.
- E-commerce returns for all Coolraceparts must be sent with a prepayment, and cash on delivery shipments will not be accepted.
